We are a Watford-based Community Interest Company supporting young people up to the age of 25 into employment or training (NEET), particularly those living in areas facing higher levels of disadvantage.
We provide targeted training and employment support to help young people take their next steps towards work, education or training.
Our support includes:
one-to-one guidance and mentoring,
employability and life skills workshops,
help with CVs, applications and interview preparation,
links to local training providers, employers and work experience opportunities,
confidence-building and goal-setting support.
Let’s Work Together
We work closely with local partners including Hertfordshire Services for Young People, schools and colleges, community organisations such as Thrive Youth CIC and Ngroli CIC, and we also signpost opportunities.
Making a Difference Together
The young people we work with experience low confidence, limited access to employer networks, digital exclusion, and financial pressures. Our role is to help young people find their purpose, and convert opportunities into outcomes for a brighter future.
Your contribution matters! Whether you’re an individual or corporate entity, your support will help us to provide the necessary programmes to give them hope and a future.
Get Involved
We thrive through the support of our volunteers. The success of our community programmes depends on the dedication and commitment of volunteers.
Volunteers Needed
We currently have volunteering opportunities available – please get in touch to find out more.
About Us
